УИХ-ын Төсвийн байнгын хорооны гишүүд өнөөдөр /2026.01.16/-ийн үдээс хойш Татварын Ерөнхий газарт ажиллав. Энэ үеэр УИХ дахь МАН-ын бүлгийн дарга Ж.Батжаргал “Татварын бодлогоор үл хөдлөх хөрөнгийн татвар төлдөг аж ахуйн нэгж цөөрөхийг үгүйсгэхгүй.
Барилгын материалын хийц сэндвич чигт болчихлоо шүү дээ. Түүнийг бид үндсэн хөрөнгө гэж бүртгэж авахгүй байгаа. Өөрөөр хэлбэл, дүнзээр барьчихсан байшингуудыг бүртгэж авахгүй байгаа. Иймд үндсэн хөрөнгийн бааз суурийг өргөтгөнө гэдэг асуудал тодорхойгүй болчихоод байна. Цаашид томоохон үйлдвэрийн барилгуудын хийц нь энэ хэлбэр рүү явна. Тэгэхээр татварын буцаан олголтын 2 хувийн асуудалд ажлын хэсэг байгуулах гэхээсээ илүүтэй үл хөдлөх хөрөнгийн асуудлыг томоор нь хармаар байна
Далд эдийн засгийн тухайд хоёр асуудал бий. Нэг нь импорт, нөгөө нь дотоодын үйлдвэрлэл юм. Өөрөөр хэлбэл, импорт болон дотоодын нийт бүтээгдэхүүний харьцаанд дүн шинжилгээ хийхэд татвараас зайлсхийж байгаа ил харагддаггүй урсгалууд илрэх боломжтой. Энэ тооцооллыг татварын алба, холбогдох байгууллагууд тодорхой тооцоо, судалгаа гаргах ёстой” гэв.
