Мөн иргэн, аж ахуйн нэгжээс ирсэн дуудлага, мэдээлэлд очих хурдыг 5-7.5 хувиар нэмэгдүүлсэн нь иргэдэд түргэн шуурхай хүрэх боломжийг бүрдүүлж байна.
Цаашид ч цагдаагийн байгууллагаас иргэдэд үзүүлэх үйлчилгээний чанарыг сайжруулах, хариу үйлдэл үзүүлэх хугацааг богиносгохоор ажиллаж байна.
Мөн алба хаагчын аюулгүй байдлыг хангах, нотлох баримт бүрдүүлэх чиглэлээр авто эргүүлийн 100 чиглэлийн автомашинд дотор, гадна талд 4G хяналтын камер (360градус) суурилуулж, алба хаагчдыг 4G энгэрийн камераар бүрэн хангаж, цагдаагийн шуурхай удирдлагын жижүүртэй бүрэн холбож мэргэжил, арга зүйн туслалцаа үзүүлж, хяналт тавин ажиллаж байна.
